Meet our team

Radojka Šolak
Radojka has experience in consulting, designing and implementing solutions that transform scientific insights into strategies for creating motivating work environments and employee development.
She is a PhD candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a teaching assistant at the Department of Business Psychology, covering courses such as Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Culture. Her research focuses on contemporary models of motivation and (un)ethical behaviors in organizations. She actively participates in projects with the Serbian Psychological Society, promoting business psychology and connecting academia with industry.
At Motiva Metrics, she is responsible for identifying client needs, designing tailored solutions, and implementing them within organizational systems. What motivates her the most is applying psychology to the strategic development of companies.

Dušana Šakan
Dušana holds a PhD in Psychology and is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Psychology, where she teaches Motivation Psychology, Adult Psychology, Teaching Psychology, and Educational Psychology. For over a decade, she has conducted research on motivation in diverse contexts, relying on contemporary methods and theoretical models. She earned her doctorate on the topic of motivation for learning and serves as Serbia’s representative and a permanent collaborator at the Self-Determination Theory Center. In addition to psychology, she completed studies in French language and culture.
She is the author of a monograph on academic motivation and numerous scientific papers in both domestic and international journals. Dušana has participated in multiple domestic and international cross-cultural research projects representing Serbia.
At Motiva Metrics, she leads research and development – from enhancing measurement models and solutions to implementation and training. Her mission is to bring scientific insights on motivation, gained through her extensive research and teaching experience, into organizations.

Vladimir Đačić
Vladimir has over thirty years of experience in the IT industry, working on the development and implementation of various software solutions and leading technology teams. Since 2005, he has been leading Aikon Group, through which he has successfully delivered numerous projects in web and enterprise development. During his years living and working in the United States, he gained valuable experience in international environments and developed a deep understanding of how to align business objectives with modern technological approaches.
His work is characterized by clear focus, systematic thinking, and dedication to understanding user processes and needs. He combines technical precision with a broader business perspective, creating solutions that are reliable, stable, and scalable.
At Motiva Metrics, Vladimir leads the technological development of the platform, defining system architecture and setting implementation quality standards. He believes in technology that supports decision-making, enhances organizations, and creates real value for users.

Bojana Naumovski
Bojana has several years of experience in software development and product management, with a particular focus on platforms that improve work processes and support professional teams in practice. She began her career as a full-stack developer and gradually shifted toward product management, combining technical expertise, user experience insights, and collaboration with diverse teams.
Through her work on projects for mental health and human resources professionals, she has developed a deep understanding of how to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly functionalities that can be applied in daily work. She is particularly committed to structure, simplicity, and consistency in product design, as well as creating solutions with a clear purpose.
At Motiva Metrics, Bojana leads platform development, shapes product flows, and coordinates the team toward clear, feasible, and sustainable functionalities.
